Strawberry Orange Cooler
If you’re needing a refreshing cocktail for the summer, I’ve got the perfect one for you: the Strawberry Orange Cooler. With no added sugar and fresh mint, this refreshing drink can be also enjoyed as a mocktail for the whole family!
So let’s get to it!

What You’ll Need To Make a Strawberry Orange Cooler
For Two Servings
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
- 8 strawberries – sliced
- 1/2 a lemon – juiced
- 3 oz of vodka (for a cocktail)
- 4 sprigs of pineapple mint (or regular mint)
- crushed ice
How To Make It
In a cocktail shaker, add in the strawberries, lemon juice, vodka, and mint. Muddle the strawberries until they’re broken down. If you don’t have a muddler, no worries! I actually prefer to use a wooden spoon when muddling my drinks!
Add in the orange juice and ice and shake for at least 30 seconds. Take your cocktail glass and fill with crushed ice. Pour up your Strawberry Orange Cooler and garnish with a strawberry slice, mint, and a lemon twist and enjoy!
This summer drink also makes a wonderful frozen cocktail! All you need to do is add the first five ingredients to a blender filled with about 1/2 a cup of ice and blend!
When To Serve the Strawberry Orange Cooler
Since this recipe also makes a great mocktail, it would be great for a refreshing brunch, bridal or baby shower, or for an outdoor party! If you’re serving an intimate gathering, a big pitcher would be a great option and this recipe can easily be doubled, tripled, etc.
