Apple Cider Martini
Hey Y’all! I’m so excited with sharing my very first martini recipe ever! I know a bunch of y’all love a good vodka cocktail so this Apple Cider Martini is the perfect fall sip for you!
It’s such a simple recipe but it’s full of seasonal fall flavors and can be easily batched for a crowd (perfect for Thanksgiving)!
So let’s get to it!
What You’ll Need To Make an Apple Cider Martini:
for one serving
- 4 oz apple cider
- 2 oz gin or vodka
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 2-3 dashes of orange bitters
- Dash of ground cinnamon
- maple syrup to rim glass (optional but highly recommended)
How To Make It:
In a cocktail shaker, add the first five ingredients with some ice. Shake for about 10 seconds until well mixed. Take your drinking glass and coat the rim with maple syrup.
The easiest way to do this is to pour a little maple syrup on a small plate and twirl your rim until coated. I like to use a higher grade maple syrup for this so it gives more maple flavor verses a sugary syrup.
Once you’ve created your maple rim, pour your Apple Cider Martini and garnish with an apple peel.
If you want to make this recipe for a crowd, you can easily multiply the recipe by the number of servings you need!
It’s great because you can pour all the ingredients into a dispenser and you’re ready to serve! I highly recommend serving the ice on the side to avoid diluting your signature drink.
It’s so hard to believe that thanksgiving is just around the corner! If you’re hosting this year or need to bring something for Friendsgiving, everyone will appreciate these delish martinis! Vodka cocktails are always a crowd pleaser and this simple cocktail comes together in minutes (perfect for all you procrastinators out there, me included)!
Cheers Y’all,
