Pineapple Paloma Cocktail Recipe
This deliciously refreshing Pineapple Paloma Cocktail Recipe is one of the happiest recipes I’ve made! It’s perfect for any brunch, girls’ day, or to sip on while enjoying that extra hour of sunlight! With the fresh flavors of pineapple, grapefruit, and lime, this gorgeous cocktail is incredibly simple, refreshing, and can be enjoyed all spring and well into summer!
I created this Pineapple Paloma Cocktail recipe for my best friend and I while we made our Spring Basket Wreaths and they were SO refreshing!
Pro Tip: This cocktail pairs really well with a Mexican lunch or dinner!
This Pineapple Paloma Recipe is crazy simple with only six ingredients! With the pineapple juice, I felt that a simple syrup wasn’t needed. However, if you like your cocktails a little sweeter, you can add around 6 tablespoons of sugar syrup to this recipe.
What you’ll need for a Pineapple Paloma Cocktail:
- 1/2 cup of Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 cup of Grapefruit Juice
- 5 oz of Vodka
- 1/2 cup of San Pellegrino
- Limes
- Kosher Salt
How To Make It:
1. Take a cocktail glass and coat the rim with lime juice from your lime wedge
2. Coat the rim in a plate of kosher salt by rolling the glass at an angle. This technique allows you a thicker band of salt around the rim.
3. In a measuring cup, add the first four ingredients and the juice of 3 to 4 lime wedges
4. Stir all together until well mixed
5. Fill your cocktail glass with ice and pour up your cocktail
6. Garnish your Paloma with a piece of pineapple or lime wedge and enjoy!
Since the days are beginning to get warmer, this cocktail recipe can be easily converted and enjoyed as a mocktail! Just don’t add the vodka and maybe add a little more San Pellegrino. I’ll definitely be enjoying this cocktail all season long and I hope you do as well!
Cheers Y’all!,
