Blackberry Prosecco Mule
Introducing the Blackberry Prosecco Mule, a refreshing and vibrant cocktail that effortlessly combines the timeless elegance of Prosecco with the bold flavors of blackberries and ginger beer!
This cocktail is bold, vibrant, and dare I say, a little extra. But who doesn’t love a little extra in their life? I often notice that we tend to save the *extra* for a time that’s worthy of celebration, such as life events, milestones, etc.
We tend to not want to break out the good wine simply because we feel as if it’s not a worthy time to do so. However, I tend to think that we should break those things out to enjoy as often as we can. Time is something we simply can’t control, but you can control how well you spend it. So whether it’s Prosecco, an expensive candle, or a fancy meal, don’t wait for a memorable event to break those things out.
I say this in case you need permission to buy a bottle of Prosecco to make this cocktail. Even if it’s for something as simple as a weeknight happy hour. People usually save Prosecco for celebrations, but I think that stigma is highly overrated. So please my dear, pop that cork and let’s get to it!

What You’ll Need To Make A Blackberry Prosecco Mule
For One Serving:
- 8 blackberries
- 1 oz of lime juice
- 2 oz of vodka
- 2 oz of ginger beer
- Splash of Prosecco, to top
- blackberries and sprigs of rosemary, for garnish
How To Make It
- Let’s Muddle: Combine the blackberries, lime juice, and vodka in a glass and muddle to release the flavors and break down the berries.
- Strain into the Glass: Strain the blackberry mixture into your drinking glass filled with crushed ice (this Bombay Glass is so gorgeous and this copper julep strainer is beyond precious!).
- Time for the Bubbly: Pour in the ginger beer and top off the rest of your Blackberry Mule with some chilled Prosecco! The Prosecco gives additional sweetness and extra bubbly flavor that makes this mule a little more special.
- Garnish Game: Finish off creating your Blackberry Prosecco Mule with some blackberries and a rosemary sprig. Science shows that gorgeous cocktails taste better, so garnishes are VERY important!
