Rosé Lemonade

Summer has officially kicked off and I’m so excited for the happy hour fun! I’ve accidentally hit a phase where I’m sharing a bunch of “pitcher cocktails” that can be easily made for a crowd! And today, we’re going to talk about this delicious Rosé Lemonade!

Made with a homemade lemonade, sparkling rosé, and a little bit of gin, this Rosé Lemonade is perfect for a summer brunch or an alfresco style lunch.

It comes together in minutes and I love the pink hue this cocktail gives, so let’s get to it!

How To Make It

Add all ingredients to a large pitcher and stir until combined. Pour into a glass (linked here) full of crushed ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy!

Honey Simple Syrup

The honey simple syrup is incredibly easy to make and adds that extra layer of flavor for your homemade cocktails. If you’re pressed for time, you can buy simple syrup from the grocery store, but I highly recommend it!

In a small saucepan, add 1 cup of honey with 1 cup of water. Simmer over medium heat and stir until the honey is incorporated and the syrup is on the verge of a soft boil. Take off the heat and let cool before using. I LOVE this $7 glass dispenser that I use for simple syrups!

The honey simple syrup can be kept in the fridge (in an airtight container) for up to two weeks or three months in the freezer.

If storing in the freezer, pour the syrup into an ice cube tray to store.

This recipe can be easily multiplied if making for a larger crowd! It’s a perfect cocktail to serve in a beverage dispenser for a bridal shower or a cocktail party!
