How To Make It

Okay y’all, here me out. It sounds like a lot of ingredients and a lot of steps, but it comes together quickly and the total ingredient list is under 10 items. So here’s how we make it.

  1. In a medium saucepan, add all the ingredients for the balsamic strawberries. Place the pan on medium high heat until the mixture comes to a boil. Lower the heat and let the strawberries simmer for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the marinated strawberries. Stir together until well incorporated and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. In a serving dish, spread out the burrata and add in the balsamic and marinated strawberries. Top off with more hot honey, olive oil, basil, balsamic glaze, red pepper flakes, and torn basil leaves.
  4. Serve immediately with crispy bread and enjoy!
