These delicious skewers are incredibly easy to whip up for a summer party or cocktail hour and come together in minutes!

I love a good appetizer that’s simple, requires no cooking (especially with the summer heat), while still being a showstopper for your guests!

So lets get to it!

What You’ll Need To Make Peach Skewer Appetizers

How To Make It

Slice your ripe peaches into wedges and wrap each wedge with a small piece of prosciutto. With a wooden skewer, first add a couple of mozzarella pearls and a leaf or two of basil. Then, add your wrapped peach slice to the skewer and set on a serving platter.

Once you have all your peach skewers made and arranged, drizzle it over with your favorite honey (this one’s my favorite) or balsamic glaze to finish it off.

These Peach Skewer appetizers are perfect for cocktail hour, a light snack, or as a side for brunch!

The mozzarella pearls are perfect for these skewers since they’re round and compact, making them easy to work with. Mozzarella cheese is also the best choice for this recipe since it’s so mild. If you want something with extra flavor, feta or goat cheese would also be a fun option!
