Cucumber Margarita

This refreshing cucumber margarita is full of flavor (and a hint of spice) that’s perfect for spring and summer! I love to serve these for those warm summer happy hours with the gals and they’re so easy to whip up!

The only kind of cucumbers I buy are called English cucumbers. They have so much more flavor than regular cucumbers and the seeds are much finer (which means no need to seed)! Yes please!

So let’s get to it!

What You’ll Need To Make A Cucumber Margarita

for two servings
  • 10 cucumber slices
  • 4 oz of tequila
  • 2 oz of triple sec
  • 1 tbs of melted honey or agave
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • 3 jalapeño slices

How To Make It

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and muddle until the cucumbers are well broken down. Then fill with ice and shake for at least 30 seconds.

Lately with margaritas, I’ve been on a big honey salt rim kick lately! The honey adds a little extra sweetness while still providing that delicious salt rim for the quintessential margarita experience!

All you need to do is carefully pour a little honey on half of the glass’s rim while tilted at a 45 degree angle. After that, just sprinkle some coarse salt so it’ll stick to the honey rim.

Add ice to your cocktail glass then pour up your cucumber margarita! Garnish with a few cucumber wheels and enjoy!

Making For A Crowd?

If you want to makes these for your next party, this recipe can easily be doubled or more. I would place everything in a large mixing glass and muddle the cucumbers. Afterwards, stir and strain into a serving pitcher filled with ice and pour up the margaritas for guests!

Cucumber Margarita

At a party, I like to have my margaritas in a large drink dispenser with both salted and unsalted rimmed glasses for guest preference with cucumber wheels and lime wedges available for people to garnish with!

Cheers Y’all,
