Tropical Rosé Aperol Spritz

Nothing says summer like an Aperol Spritz and Rosé, so why not bring them together? This delicious Tropical Rosé Aperol Spritz is an absolute game changer and will be on repeat this summer! With the tropical flavors of passion fruit in the mix, this cocktail is full of summer flavor yet super refreshing!

I’m usually not a big Aperol Spritz fan, so I’m always trying to find fun twists to make it more appealing. I absolutely love the flavors of the passion fruit mixed with the aperol. It balances out the sweetness with a little more freshness and the color of this spritz is beyond gorgeous!

What You’ll Need To Make a Tropical Rosé Aperol Spritz

for four servings

  • 2 cups Aperol Aperitivio liqueur
  • 1 cup Passion Fruit Juice, chilled
  • 3/4 cup Lime Juice
  • 1 1/2 cups Sparkling Water (I prefer San Pellegrino)
  • 1 bottle of Sparkling Rosé, chilled

How To Make It

In a big pitcher, add all of your ingredients and stir well. If you want to make this ahead, I would wait until just before serving to add the sparkling water and the rosé. Once the ingredients are well mixed, fill a spritz glass with ice and pour up your Tropical Rosé Aperol Spritz. Carefully skewer an orange and lime citrus wheel for garnish and enjoy!
