Blood Orange Margarita
Five Valentine's Day Cocktails

serves one

  • 4 oz blood orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 3/4 oz cointreau
  • 3/4 oz honey rosemary simple syrup
Honey Rosemary Simple Syrup:

– 1/2 cup water
– 1/2 cup honey
– 4-6 rosemary sprigs

Add ingredients to a small saucepan and bring to a simmer (about 5-7 minutes). Stir often to make sure honey melts and becomes incorporated. Once a soft boil begins, take pan off the heat and let the syrup steep for 10-15 minutes. Once completely cooled, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.

In a cocktail shaker full of ice, add all the ingredients and shake for about 10 seconds. In a cocktail glass rimmed with salt and full of ice, pour over your margarita and garnish with a blood orange citrus wheel and a sprig of rosemary and enjoy!

Strawberry Paloma

  • 1.5 oz of Tequila
  • 2 oz of grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 a Lime – juiced
  • 1 Tbs of melted honey or agave
  • splash of Topo Chico or sparkling water

In an empty cocktail shaker, add your sliced strawberries, lime juice, and tequila. Muddle the strawberries until they’re broken down. Then add the honey, grapefruit juice, and ice and shake for at least 10 seconds. In a cocktail glass rimmed with salt and full of ice, pour over your paloma and garnish with strawberry slices and enjoy!

Pomegranate Prosecco Mule
Five Valentine's Day Cocktails

For two servings:

– 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
– 1/4 cup grapefruit juice
– 1 oz lime juice
– 1 oz honey rosemary simple syrup
– 1.5 oz vodka (optional)
– splash of Prosecco
– garnish with pomegranate seeds and rosemary

Blood Orange Boston Sour
Five Valentine's Day Cocktails

serves one

  • 2 oz blood orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1.5 oz bourbon
  • 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 egg white
  • blood orange citrus wheel to garnish

In an empty cocktail shaker, add the first five ingredients and dry shake for about 15 seconds. We are shaking without any ice because we’re creating that froth from the egg whites! After shaking, add ice to your shaker and shake again so your sour is well chilled.

In a chilled coupe glass, pour in your Blood Orange Boston Sour and garnish with a blood orange wheel and enjoy!
